The Bhikkhuni Island is the setting for the game Valkyrie Drive Bhikkhuni.
Like the other islands in the series, it is a place designed to quarantine those infected by a strain of the A-Virus. In this case, the Valkyries sent here all are infected with the VR-Virus, which gives them both the powers of a Liberator and an Extar known as "Hybrids". Unlike Mermaid Island, the Bhikkhuni Island is a safe destination, as the Valkyries are able to arrive here safely by boat.
Bhikkhuni Island appears more technologically advanced than Mermaid Island and is protected by the four Pillar Gods.
